Great Plains Industrial Park is southeast Calgary’s newest, state-of-the-art industrial campus. The development consists of three buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet. Each building has been registered to be LEED® certified. Amenities and features will include clearance heights up to 32 feet, ESFR sprinklers, T5 lighting, additional trailer storage and much more.
 
Building 3 has exceeded our initial target certification level and has now been awarded LEED® Silver® certification.
