Kimberlie leads the Property Management team to deliver best-in-class standards of customer service, maintenance and property operations as well as ensuring continual optimization of programs.
Kimberlie brings over 25 years of industry experience, working from the perspective of an owner, asset manager, third-party manager and tenant across Canada. Prior to joining ONE Properties, Kimberlie worked in property and asset management for institutional and private equity landlords and an international third-party property management company focusing on industrial and commercial real estate. She also gained valuable experience as a retail tenant, overseeing real estate operations for a national grocery chain. Since joining ONE Properties in 2015, Kimberlie has been instrumental in the continued growth of the property management portfolio, which has seen commercial assets under management grow from 7 million square feet to 16 million square feet in the past five years. In 2020, she also led the launch the Multi-Family Property Management platform.
Raised in Victoria, Kimberlie began her career in Edmonton, but has moved throughout Canada spending more than 11 years in Toronto, returning West in 2011. Kimberlie holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and a current Brokers License with RECA. She is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) network, and a former board member for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Edmonton. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Kimberlie supports local charities including Meals on Wheels, the Edmonton Food Bank, and the Edmonton Humane Society.
When not at work Kimberlie’s passions are traveling, listening to live music, and hanging out with her two French Bulldogs, Ginger and Ruby.
