StoneGate Landing is slated to be the largest AAA business park of its kind in Western Canada. The project consists of over 800 acres and up to 14 million sq. ft. of commercial space to accommodate industrial, retail, and office developments. With outstanding access to Calgary’s major transportation routes and located north of the Calgary International Airport, StoneGate Landing will offer a diverse shopping experience for this rapidly expanding part of the city.
StoneGate Common, the retail portion of StoneGate Landing, is a signature retail development that will serve northeast Calgary and the Greater Calgary Region along with providing retail options for patrons and employees of the 10 million sq. ft. industrial park, a 2.5 million sq. ft. suburban office development, and auto dealerships. This retail centre, anchored by Walmart Supercentre and Canadian Tire, will consist of 720,000 sq. ft. of retail space once completed. Several opportunities are available for tenants in a wide range of sizes including CRU, mid-size box, restaurants, quick service food, fashion, and many more.
