Currently under development, StoneGate Landing is slated to be the largest AAA business park of its kind in Western Canada. The project consists of over 800 acres – up to 14 million square feet of commercial space – that will accommodate industrial, retail, hotel and office developments. With outstanding access to Calgary’s major transportation routes, StoneGate Landing will offer a diverse shopping experience for this rapidly expanding part of the city.
StoneGate Common, the retail portion of StoneGate Landing, is a signature retail development that will serve northeast Calgary and the greater Calgary region. StoneGate Common is designed to serve a variety of consumer needs. The project will not only service the surrounding residential communities but it will also provide retail options for patrons and employees of the 10 million square foot industrial park, a 2.5 million square foot suburban office development, hotels and auto dealerships. Once complete, this retail centre, anchored by Walmart Supercentre and Canadian Tire, will consist of almost 720,000 square feet of retail space.
