As the Vice President of Industrial for Alberta at ONE Properties, Brendan manages the development, leasing and sales of industrial projects in the region.

Brendan has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience working with landlords, tenants, purchasers and developers. Prior to joining ONE Properties, Brendan worked for private and institutional landlords, as well as an international brokerage firm. To date, Brendan and his teams have completed over 250 real estate transactions, combining for over 5 million square feet of transactions.

Originally born in Kelowna, British Columbia, Brendan moved to Calgary, Alberta to attend the University of Calgary. There he played varsity soccer and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance. Brendan has his Facilities Management Administrator Designation and has served on the BOMA Next Generation Committee, as well as the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee.

Brendan enjoys sports and has a passion for health and fitness. He is competitive and always trying to find ways to one-up his three older brothers.

As a Leasing Representative at ONE Properties, Emma is based in Edmonton and works closely with the leasing team on ONE’s industrial projects, while also providing support for office and retail leasing efforts.

With six years of industry experience, Emma initially transitioned into a full-time lease administration role, managing documentation across a variety of asset classes. She also brings valuable property management expertise, having worked on complex mixed-use developments and collaborated with ownership groups to oversee high-profile portfolios.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MacEwan University and is currently pursuing her Real Estate Associate License through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, pottery, cooking, and traveling, with California being her favorite destination.
