As the Vice President of Retail Leasing, Rob leads the design and implementation of a retail leasing strategy for both standalone retail projects and mixed-use developments. Rob and his team work extensively with the development, finance and asset management teams to ensure accurate planning, forecasting and retail tenant performance across the portfolio. He is directly involved in lease negotiations and relationship management with existing and prospective tenants.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and development, Rob has worked on various retail formats including enclosed shopping malls, mixed-use developments and open-air shopping centres across Canada. Prior to joining ONE, Rob worked with one of Canada’s largest open-air shopping centre developers as they grew their portfolio across the country. He has played a significant role in the development of over 100 shopping centres in every format and use, and has personally leased several million square feet of retail space.

Rob is a graduate of Carleton University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and is a speaker at Real Estate Forums. Rob is a commuter, coming into the office each day from Oakville.
