As Leasing Manager at ONE Properties, Houston works alongside our Calgary Industrial team managing the development, leasing and sale activities of ONE’s industrial projects in the region.

Houston brings over five years of commercial real estate experience, working with landlords, tenants, purchasers and developers, and has been part of successful leasing and sales transactions across all industrial market size segments at ONE Properties. Houston also spent over five years in the banking industry and has been highly involved in real estate and financial transactions throughout his career.

Houston has a Diploma in Marketing from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Athabasca University. He holds a Real Estate Associate License through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and a Mutual Fund License through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC).

Houston is a huge hockey fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, three young children and their dog.

As the Vice President of Industrial for Alberta at ONE Properties, Brendan manages the development, leasing and sales of industrial projects in the region.

Brendan has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience working with landlords, tenants, purchasers and developers. Prior to joining ONE Properties, Brendan worked for private and institutional landlords, as well as an international brokerage firm. To date, Brendan and his teams have completed over 250 real estate transactions, combining for over 5 million square feet of transactions.

Originally born in Kelowna, British Columbia, Brendan moved to Calgary, Alberta to attend the University of Calgary. There he played varsity soccer and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance. Brendan has his Facilities Management Administrator Designation and has served on the BOMA Next Generation Committee, as well as the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee.

Brendan enjoys sports and has a passion for health and fitness. He is competitive and always trying to find ways to one-up his three older brothers.
